I started my real estate company in 1987 without ever selling a property. New Condominium Conversion
I have been consulting, brokering and assisting developers in converting apartment buildings to condominiums since 1993. I have developed six properties personally and two of those properties earned the Rogers Park TLC Award and also the Chicago Association of Relators Good Neighbor Award. Five of our clients have also won awards for their developments. If you are a Condominium Developer, it is helpful to have a Realtor who is knowledgable of the process and can assist in areas beyond simple marketing.
